According to the information available, the video surfaced on June 25 and was reportedly recorded by a former staff member. Following the release of the footage, Bengaluru Police inspected the daycare facility, issued notices, and initiated legal proceedings against the five caregivers. The accused have been booked on charges of child cruelty and criminal intimidation.
As part of the investigation, police are preparing to interrogate the accused caregivers while also contacting parents to determine whether their children displayed any signs of abuse or mistreatment. The investigation is expected to examine the allegations in detail and establish the circumstances surrounding the reported incidents.

In response to the case, Capgemini has temporarily closed the daycare facility operating within its Brookefield campus and stated that it will fully cooperate with the ongoing police investigation. The company's decision comes as authorities continue their inquiry into the allegations.
The case has intensified concerns about childcare safety for working parents in Bengaluru's major technology hubs, highlighting the importance of strict oversight and accountability at workplace daycare facilities entrusted with the care of young children.
